Deer hunting neer spokane wa
« on: September 18, 2011, 12:15:43 PM »
Hi, I was wondering if anybody would like to share their hunting area. I don't have a lot of time to get out and scout, and I am pretty inexperienced so I am going to be on public lands. Can anybody point me to a good area. I don't expect to have a secret location or anything, just an area. That way I can scout one or two locations.

Thanks a Lot

Eric

Try C-Post....lots of public land bordering some good fields. I'd make sure you are out well before sun up and set up. Just sit tight, let the road hunters push the deer right to you.

Your 2nd post is looking for a spot to hunt. I think maybe a little scouting would help you more than asking for spots. There is a lot of private property around Spokane which makes it tough to find a place to hunt. Put in the time and knock on doors or go North of Spokane to find some public ground. Also a little Bio about yourself might help.
 Good Luck

Try Mica, It's a bit of a walk in though. Or try Greenbluff, alot of the land owners will let you hunt. Just have to ask.

You are in good deer area in spokane. Pick up a few maps and look for public lands. Put in some scouting effort and you will be fine. Good luck.

Eric,

The odds are nobody is going to share their hunting spots with you. People put in too much, time, money and effort into finding good locations. Get a public land map and scout those areas and knock on doors when you can. My friends and I have taken plenty of 130-150 class whitetail by doing this and several of them have taken 150+. Now if you put in the time and work to find a good spot I am sure many of these guys will gladly give you advice on how to hunt it.

Hi, I was wondering if anybody would like to share their hunting area.

If you could include GPS coordinates as well that would be grrrreaatttt.
I don’t give a damn for a man that can only spell a word one way. "Mark Twain"
