i was wondering if anybody has hunted copper creek before at the top herd there are quite a few elk but looking for other opinions as well thanks.

Buddies said more people than elk up there. used to be good. Lack of other options puts more pressure on the areas you can drive to though.

be aware where the private land boundries are and national park. not much area public.

most of the land on the left side top ridge is hankock property.when you get to the top the tree line in the bottom of the canyon is the boundry.there is some elk up there good luck.

Tons of elk up there very much a growing heard!! Man I would be pissed if I had a elk camp there now.

Its kinda like saying "i was wondering if anybodys hunted winston creek before and what you think" except with ALOT fewer elk. And we have all heard that question before. Its not an easy place to hunt not many elk and alot of hunters already
