Reds fly shop 101/201 course
« on: September 23, 2011, 08:07:54 PM »
Has anyone taken the 101/201 fly fishing course at reds fly shop? I am probably going to take the next one they offer and i am sure its pretty decent but I was wondering if anyone could vouch for them.

I don't really have a choice but to take the class because I can only learn so much from a book and I don't know anyone that can teach me anything. They say that if I take both introductory courses its an 8-9 hour class one day and that I should know everything I need to know and will just need to practice what they teach... I think its normally 70 dollars per class but i think they will give a discount for Central Students(maybe not)

Longknife,

Reds fly shop is on the yakima river between ellensburg and selah, almost exactly half way between selah and ellensburg actually.

They provide everything you need for the class. I have everything I need but they have loaner stuff if you need it.
