This is how we smoke pork meat

Although it is from last year (I think) we did about 250lbs of pork and it is long gone..... I just looked that smoked cheese post and got me thinking .....I need to build bigger smoker ...
Everyone thinks that I'm freak ,I don't look different do I ?

I guess you've got plenty of room in the freezer for pork if you're not a very good hunter....   :rolleyes:    :chuckle:

Seriously, looks tasty.  Weathergirl and our boy made some pepperoni a couple days ago from her deer, smoked it for about three hours and... yummy!

Are those pork cushions? or bone less pork butts.
How is the temp in the smoker controled? Propane, or natural wood fired?
It looks like a cooker full of good stuff none the less.
