I need to have my wife's and mine deer made up up into summer sausage and pepperoni sticks, also I want some hamburger so I can make breakfast sausage. I don't see any recommendations of people here in the Tri-Cities.

A little late now it looks but you can go to brians by the trac or make a Lil drive to basin city and go to mccarys. I've been told mccarys is better but I went to brians this year and have no complaints!

he's pretty spendy. but if you have the time to do it yourself i would recomend that. brians has great mixes at decent prices. did my meat up this weekend turned out great.
