That's a beautiful bear! It brings a question to my mind, sorry if it's been hashed out previously. At what point do you quite supplementing the site with an attractant to make it legal to harvest there? I ask because I have quit adding attractant to my sites because I don't want to kill a bear and have problems because there are remnants of feeding in that area. I think this is a touchy area with all the cameras and feeding that is going on. I'm feeding "Deer", but the damn bears keep eating it! What do you think? We all want some bears to hit the dirt.  :dunno:

Under the Black Bear section the regs state:
Hunting Method:
Hunters may use any lawful big game modern
firearm, archery, or muzzleloader equipment for
hunting black bear. The use of hounds and/or
bait to hunt black bear is prohibited.

As long as you are not HUNTING it won't matter. You can still use bait for Deer.Elk,Bear to take pics. If you are going to hunt the sight for Bear you would have up untill opening day to remove the Bait or until you start HUNTING it.
