Can i ask you where you got the hanging device for your garage??   That thing looks pretty slick!
Its a heavybag stand purchased from ringside.Just pull the bag off and back the truck right up to it.

I do the exact same thing in my garage with a joist mounted heavy bag.  Works like a charm!
