Just to clarify, the Wanapums can access the YTC from the village. A quick phone call to the YTC with a description of the vehicle, how many people, and what general area is all they report. They aren't required to report how many bucks/bulls are taken. And Chad S. I don't know what thier harvest was like when you worked with them, but that is not the case now. Numerous bucks and bulls are taken from the YTC by the Wanapum Tribe. However, I don't think I would put all the blame on them for low deer counts. They aren't the only tribe that hunts the YTC. And some of the blame should go to WDFW for all the tags given a few years ago.
But out of those 50 tags how many hunters actually filled their tags. I know for a fact that more than 50 bucks get taken from the firing center by indians. I know one, not going to say names, who killed 30 bucks himself off the firing center in 2009
