Any weimeriner breeders in E Wa?
« on: December 16, 2011, 06:45:45 PM »
Im lookin for a new male pup in a month or 2. Actually anywhere in WA. Thats the only dog the old lady said is ok. We have a 16yr old  yellow and a 8yr old german shorthair(hes smarter and better mannered than most kids). The yellow is not doin so good and a weimeriner is her pick.

Not in Washington but pretty close in BC. This is one of the only hunting kennels of Weims I know of.

I have hunted over one of these dogs and he is excellent in the field. Marginal water dog but he gets it done. You have to be really careful with Weims because most are strictly show/pet lines and haven't seen a bird in generations.

With all the weimeraners  I've seen............I'd just go without. There used to be a guy in warden with them, but he died about 7-8 years ago.
