steelheadin' not so much.  Some (a lot) of rain would help.  This river's gettin' pretty stale..

Sweet.  I have the same BBQ that I stole from my big boat to use on rod holder on my work boat.  It is kinda nice to cook something up hot while crabbing or fishing during the cold weather.

Yes, it's nice to have a hot lunch on a cold day.  We try to find a slot to run plugs while we're cookin'.  Today we even had a takedown while the chicken was on the bbq.  That fish didn't hook up or things would have gotten interesting...lol.

Yeah, it's cool and convenient too.  The boat's already plumbed for propane so it's just a matter of sticking it in the rod holder and hooking up the hose.  And it fits under the seat out of the way when not in use...

What pound FiberGlo are you using there?  I've got a 12# 3,000 yard spool Maxima sent me when they used my picture in their catalog.  Would like to find a guide that would put it to good use.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

Why would you put out the plugs and let a fish interrupt a chef at work?

I recognize that spot.  I hooked a few solid fish there back in the day.
