The Mole Guy sentenced for what else trapping moles

Hey, I received this in an e-mail. No link as I know of no news story on it. A friend who doesn't seem to ever post on here sat in on the trail and sentencing and has been keeping me abreast of the trial. Here is the latest:

"The Mole Guy" Mr David Krick got off pretty easy I think.  His sentenceing was today.  He was looking at a $10,000.00 fine and two and a half years in jail.  He got 2 misdemeanors charges and 2 gross misdemeanors charges both carried 5K fines.  The Judge reduced them to 3K and some charge which I think was court fee's.  Each carried 364 days in jail, count 2 was 90 days in jail same for the remaining 2 charges.  All jail time was suspended at this time.  New charges could be pending.  So he could have gotten 2.5 years in jail/prison.  He ended up with a $6,320.00 fine.  He said that he has no money and the court sets him up on a 24 month payment plan and gives him ten months before his first payment which will be next October.  The Judge also tell him he cannot do any business in the state of Washington for two years and when he does he has to get all licenses including an NWCO license from the department.  The problem here is since he was convicted he can't get one for five years from the department.

He is very lucky he didnt have to be in court in the evergreen court (Monroe). That female judge they have there would have ordered monthly cavity searches. And ordered "Gag Ball" treatment. Bleeding hearts.

He is very lucky he didnt have to be in court in the evergreen court (Monroe). That female judge they have there would have ordered monthly cavity searches. And ordered "Gag Ball" treatment. Bleeding hearts.

So i go  the the Enumclaw King county transfer station to recycle everything my criters don't eat sence they are ending the recycle program out here next month... and raising the dump fee's.  As I pull out I  see 4 mole grip type sets on KC property. Wow, I guess it is alright for the goverment but not me...
And for the goody demis. Yes I checked and tripped all the grip type  traps and one had a dandy in it. I took it home am fed it to my pigs cause i didn't want the County to waste game.
Don't rear end us in Enumscratch. ron sims allready has.

Next time don't fool with the traps. Report them! It's a gross misdemeanor and if trappers are going to get a ticket so should anyone else for breaking the law especially King Co.
