Need info on Tucannon unit

I drew one of the trophy elk tags for Tucannon during archery.  I've never been down there.  Any suggestions on the best place to
look for big bulls?  Any help would be great.

That unit definately isnt a trophy unit , should have put in for Margret or Toutle, much better trophy quality.

Not a trophy unit? Margret and Toutle are great, but there are 400 class Rocky mountain bulls in the Tucannon.

Me, Eastern WA hunter, mostly whitetail.  Very little elk hunting under my belt.  Lots of trips to Wyoming for deer and antelope.
Spot and stalk, no bait, no guides.

Big farm?  are you talking about the farm land above and west the trout hatchery?
