Anyone know when the 2012 regs come out? This waiting is killing me.

i dont think they come out till around april, sometimes you can get them alot earlier on line
my grandpa always said "if it aint broke dont fix it"

dont no but i got my 2012 oregon regs in the mail on 12 27 11 for the 2012 season there out by the new year every year in oregon wish wa was the same!!!!!!!!!!!

There will be one last commission meeting in March that the public can make comment on the proposed regulations but at that point they are pretty close to set in stone.  They will take that information and make some minor tweaks if necessary and then meet again in April to finalize the rules.  This year because of budget cuts there shouldn't be alot of changes from last years rules.  Just a few weeks after that meeting the regs will be available in stores and online a couple of days before that.  Normally you can submit special permit applications the last week of April with the deadline for permit entry around the third week of May so the regs should be out around the 20-24 of April would be my guess.

If you are going to put in for the multiseason deer or elk permit drawing the deadline for that is normally the end of March before the regs are even out.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.
