This is a Gorosabel 10 guage, it was my dads when he was a kid for goose hunting, when I started huntign I kind of took it from him because he refused to pack/swing it anymore  ;) It's not the gun I wuse the most but I would have to say it's my favorite

When I was a kid, my great uncle had a Remington SXS 10ga and my dad would use it grouse hunting.  You could get 2 7/8" #6 shells at the local grocery store(Pickerel, WI).   I always wanted that shotgun, snowmobilers broke into the cabin and burned all the furniture in the stove and stoled everything else of value including the shotgun.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

Make mine a Minaska

Slugs....elk

nice gun.
"Right now, I am thinking that If my grandmother was here, she would be lecturing me about how there are poor people in Africa, that would just love to have a Ruger, I would just say "Great, granny, lets just ship all the Rugers to Africa!"

Loving life in the Great Northwest one day at a time.

It sounds like it's time to get a new gun.
