This week has been hard. We have had company over 2 nights so far and I eat to many treats when we have guests over :chuckle: If it's just me and the wife it is easy. When we have people over we tend to get the tasty food that I should not have much of :chuckle:

Well I wasn't sure if I was ready mentally for this, but if it's not too late I'll put my name in this topic.

I hit 270 a couple weeks ago and it freaked me out. Back down to 265 as of today. Not sure what other info I need to provide, I was lazy and didn't want to read all 12 pages. Looks like some of you guys are doing well though.

I think I will bulk up today and the next week and then restart with a new weigh in. :chuckle:   That box of twinkies sure looked good at the store, and I don't even eat twinkies.

Well, my ticker doesn't show but the link does. I went a lb in the wrong direction this week and don't even know why. Not enough gym, for sure. Been on the road. Moon cycle's wrong. Too much rain. The planets aren't aligned right. Someone's feeding me sugar in my sleep. That'll about cover it.

I had plenty of gym time, but it was watching someone else........

then there is soccer.
Lil Bone had a two hour soccer practice, then an hour with a personal trainer, then a 2 hour basketball practice.  I was worn out just watching.

Great idea, I started my own personal weight loss program Feb 13th. I decided to commit to the p90x program and started my fourth week. Very challenging but with the right diet plan it works awesome. I actually feel I get to eat better than any other time I tried to drop wait. A year of ago I was 360, so far this year I was at 338, now down to 315. Already dropped 3 waist sizes and expect to hit under 300 in the 2 weeks if all goes well. good luck to everyone.

That's awesome keep it up.  I'm at the end of phase 2 of the lean program and it works good.  I started it late as compared to just the gym but once I added this to the arsenal the endurance, strength, stamina shot up and the pounds have started falling off.  I do it in the morning and during my lunch I run and stair climb or bike and elliptical going hard with only a quick break to change machines.  Keep it up!

Yes sir, I am in on the P90X too.  I just finished the first phase of the original work out.  I have been going to the gym for years and have heard of the P90X for awhile and I finally caved in and started it up about 3 weeks ago.  I love it so far.  I would say I am in pretty good shape already or I thought I was and even in the short 3 weeks I have seen improvement already.  I seen he came out with P90X2 the end of last year I am thinking of getting that later this year and trying that.  I seen some videos of some of those work outs, looks crazy but in a good way.  And to everyone on here working and getting in shape no matter how you are doing it.   KEEP IT UP!!!!  Great job everyone.
