i think the incentive permits are a myth, i've never heard of anyone drawing one.

wow, hopefully they do exist. I was banking on the raffle tag, now i have another tag to hope for. times are getting tough for drawing tags.

I wonder if they really exist.  You would think they might really try to get this information out there so more people would submit their reports on time.
