incentive permit drawing

does anyone know if they actually held a drawing for the people who turned in their harvest reports before jan 10?

i think the incentive permits are a myth, i've never heard of anyone drawing one. :dunno:

There were a couple guys on here a few months ago that said they had friends draw before.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

wow, hopefully they do exist. I was banking on the raffle tag, now i have another tag to hope for. times are getting tough for drawing tags.

I wonder if they really exist.  You would think they might really try to get this information out there so more people would submit their reports on time. :dunno:
