welcome aboard kile...keep us posted on the progress of your hunt and don't be a stranger.

Ill probably just be using my dads camera but there will definately be pics. Have a friend of the family who has a drift boat so we may try that route one day, dad is really liking the umptanum creek area though from the sounds of things

What weapon of choice are you lucky moose hunters going to use??????

Archery for me, with a rifle close at hand just in case ;)

Howdy folks,
This is my first post. I have been doing some research on the Selkirk unit, as I was "extremely" lucky enough to draw this year. I was steered toward this site by a few people and I like what I see. If anyone is interested in what I have learned so far let me know.

Welcome Bullquest,

Take lots of pics and tell us a great story when you bag your trophy. Keep us informed of your scouting progress too.

Rifle for the wifey!

I may get her to post a story on here after her hunt!
I registered her on as "pumpkin", she said her dad called her that a lot as a kid.

I'm hoping someone from this site draws the raffle tags too, last year 300 kept me on the edge of my seat, both at home and in the truck out scouting. With all these OIL tags it should make for a fun winter of reading dreaming and drooling

I am thinking the same way as you Phool.  I am looking forward to the stroies.  Hopefully, I can be able to help some of them if they need.

I have 10 raffle tickets for Moose. I'm sure that's nothing compared to some people, but I would be stoked if I got one of them.
