Had the same problem myself in my younger days. My solution was the 30 min rule. Once the person or persons that I was meeting was 30 min late at the meeting place, I would leave!! Yeah, I ended up hunting or fishing by myself a couple of times, but I cured a few people of being late. If they got pissed, OH WELL.

30 minutes is pretty generous, IMHO.  Speaking as someone who is often late more than I wish I was, I couldn't complain to anyone but myself if you waited 30 minutes on me.

I drank to much last night thats bull $h!t. If you know that you have to get up early to go fishing you don't go out it's that simple.
