Since I struck out on draws I guess Raffles are my last chance.

Im done being sucked into their game... Im putting all the money Im saving by NOT buying their raffles tickets, into hunting in other states that put the hunter first. Im too sick of the WDFW to support this any longer. Maybe if enough people stand up for how the money is being used to our benefit, we could get this thing turned around. But, I dont see it happening anytime soon with everyone buying buying buying like normal. WA is the WORST state for public access, I ask "why?" with all the money we are dumping into this.

so you have to go to a dealer?  I am looking at the regs right now on page 81 it says see page 80 for more info and all that is on page 80 is the multi season raffle so as usual I am confused as heck by this

Last year was the first year I bought any and I think I bought 4. This Year I think I am only going to do 2.
