but, given that flossing is legal in this state...-dave
Quote from: Band on September 12, 2014, 11:51:46 AMThe Puyallup is a flossery all the way. It's legal and I've done it myself so I'm not going to knock it. The state defines snagging as attempting to take a fish with a hook and line in such a way that the fish does not voluntarily take the hook in its mouth. So explain to me how flossing is legal.

How do you know he's flossing?
Im a flosser and proud of it. I just dont mislead anyone about it.
Yes, singleshot12, they are. I see people like him all the time, and it sickens me that they get away with it. Both fishing violations and just general BS. I saw a drift boat on the river last winter drop 4 safeway bags full of mt beer cans into the water and bonk a native. They are out there and are getting away with it. Sad, legal and ethical sportsmen pay for it.

Finally someone else see's the light Anyone who has fished the rivers long enough know the type and can recognize them a mile away, tongue out smack talk and all. I don't care if people floss as long as they keep their limit move on and let the next fisherperson in.All I know is I can't count how many fishin holes that have been closed off due to slob fisherpeople.
