Eberlestock Customer service
« on: October 18, 2014, 10:00:23 PM »
Has anyone had anything warrantied through these guys? I just found during deer season that I have a couple small tears where the straps connect on my Gun slinger 2. I have never hauled anything heavy just used it as a day pack. The pack is a couple years old. I need the pack for Elk season coming up. Any input on experiences would be great. Thanks.

My experience with them has been great!  Had one major failure on the same pack purchased for a friend.  They swapped it out completely.  The other problem was fixed in a hurry.  That was an issue where I simply did something stupid!  They had every right to treat me like an idiot.  Instead they treated me like a valued customer.
He asked, Do you ever give a short simple answer?  I replied, "Nope."

I wouldn't expect it back in a week. Had a pack that's chest strap broke and called and got my RO number and shipped my pack off. 4 weeks later I called and they said it just shipped. I never mentioned needing it back ASAP,  so maybe that would help with a quick turn around. Was fixed free of charge other than the cost of getting it to them.
