They LOVE cool and drizzly.  Heavy downpours and they will hang out in cover, but a little rain does not bother them near as much as it bothers us.  I would prefer to hunt in much cooler temps as long the wind is from a steady direction.

im hoping it changes some patterns on my bait. i have an absolute tank hitting my bait about an hour after dark
