Is that an older truck? Have you had it taken care of yet? My kids decided to scratch my pickup with some rocks earlier this year, it’s an ‘06 f-150, I plan on driving it til the wheels fall off so I wasn’t worried about resale value so I went ahead and bedliner painted the whole truck. Used a product called durabak, since I recall you may be a commercial fisherman you might be familiar with it.

They have both a textured bedliner and a smooth one, I went with the smooth, it’s still definitely not flat like paint but it doesn’t have the roughness of most spray on bedliners

Copy that. I'll see what our local auto parts store has on the shelf tomorrow, otherwise I'll order that from Amazon and take care of it when I get back from my next trip.

People can suck.  I don't know what they get out of property damage like this. Funny thing is for 7 years I left my truck unattended for months on end in my alley in Everett, and it never got messed with at all. Couple months up in the tiny town on the island, and it gets keyed when I'm out fishing for a week.

The lesson - you can't get away from the dregs of society no matter where to go.

that sucks...
does it have WA plates on it?

It doesn't - in fact, it had AK plates on it for the last 4 years it was in WA  :chuckle:

Thanks everybody for the input - I'm hoping to have a clear day and a few hours coming up soon to take care of this. Local supply of good products pretty slim, got some Meguires ScratchX to buff it, and I'll wax the whole door when I'm done. I'll let y'all know how it turns out!
