How thick does a pork chop have to be for stuffing it?

Buying half a pig and getting it custom cut.

Obliviously I never done a chop like this. :chuckle:

I buy Costco loins and cut my own center cut chops at an inch or just over.  Plenty thick for stuffing with pesto and cheese.
