But I full heartedly agree that if anyone was doubting she and the environmental groups were colluding together before this lawsuit that this is the proof they are in it together and always have been. If this were a conservative and a conservative group in Washington the governor and attorney general would have already had them charges but because they are liberals they get the opportunity to claim a civil rights violation 😡

They might regret this lawsuit.  Remember all the dirty laundry comes out and all the skeletons in each their closets are revealed.  If you don’t believe that just think what the governor is!  He is a sneaky back alley lawyer!  He will pull every trick in the book to win even if he is not listed in the lawsuit because he will not want to pay anymore than he has to!  The state lawyers will dig every little dirt up all the way back to their grandparents!  Then all of their *censored* will be hung up for all to see!  I don’t think they want all of their dirty underwear hanging for all to see!  They did not think this thru,  when you file this type of lawsuit *censored* will hit the fan and there will be a truckload!

I am guessing since the director was acting in public interest with in his job to research complaints, that the state will defend him.
Seems like a terrible move to advance your agenda by Smith and Davis.

We should all file grievances with the Washington State Bar Association against Claire Loebs Davis:

If you search under just "Claire Davis" in the form her info pops up.

Google tells me it is considered unethical by lawyers to file frivolous lawsuits, ie intended to burden or harass an organization. It seems Claire Loebs Davis is the queen of this. Wonder how much money she has cost taxpayer in WA over the years.

Bet she got some bad news they didn’t like ahead of the conclusion of the investigation into the four commissioners to be announced on April 6th.

Might this be an attempt to get Kelly Susewind to retire? They are suing him individually and if he has to hire an attorney it might be a harassment strategy to get him to retire. They would love to pick a new Director while the four still have some influence. Next year they might not have much say in a replacement if two of them are gone.
