The Skoks are netting a few around Potlatch.  One had a couple dozen 6-12 pounders at the Saltwater Park launch yesterday.

Talked with a friend that was out yesterday in the bay, took him 15 minutes to land a 13# and 20#, said he has been knocking them dead for more than a week now.

Just a thought for a good continuous thread, throw up your reports for river's, saltchuck, wherever your catching your nooks and slab coho's. Throw something up even if your not successful, let other's know what's going on out there. I haven't been out yet, but I'm picking up the boat next week after overhaul, ready to go.

7-30 to 7-31 Fishing out of Westport 35 miles south was very good, if near limits on chinook to 25 and some 10-12lb hatchery coho.....was told we were approx 10 north of ilwaco

My dad has been doing pretty well in area 11. He's been taking out one of his buddies and they brought in 4 fish in two trips, and had to release a couple. Were going out in tomorrow morning. Hopefully we do alright.

Hey, I've seen him out there, Tiderunner. I'll be out probably Friday and maybe Monday also, I'm getting tired of eating skunk soup. Slow year for me.

What do you fish out of? Ive probably seen ya. We went out at the tide change today for a couple but no luck. We generally stay away on the weekends. They were out the day of the derby and didn't buy any tickets :bdid: We used to keep my dads (mine now) 14' Lund down at the boathouse. That was back in my mooching days :chuckle: After pops bought the Tiderunner, we mainly fish out of it with the electric scotty's or you'll see us jiggin. Nows the time to get out!!!

Got one (14 lbs.)at the slag pile in area 11 this morning.  Maybe 150 boats(does anybody work?) and saw a few caught, the fishing seemed slow for this time of year.  Good luck!

Its amazing how many guys are out there on a weekday, well, I'm generally one of them :IBCOOL: but I also work full time. Ive had problems getting them into the boat this year around the clay banks, havn't had any problems hookin up though. Im going to start fishing Chambers real soon. Its only a five minute  boat ride when I launch at the Fox Island ramp. Nice job with the fish! Looks like we are going to have some hot weather again, perfect time for a BBQ!

Muleysniper, have you heard any reports from Chambers, there has been a few boats and the indians are netting it now.  Thought I would give a try early next week also.

I heard guys are getting them at Chambers. I'll hit it up next week. My dad and I fished the clay banks this morning. Out of about 75 boats, we caught 2. We never saw another boat even get their net out, maybe we were just lucky :IBCOOL:. I'll post a couple pics tomorow. It was nuts how many boats were out.

I managed to go out for a couple hours this morning to Chambers before starting my "honey do" list today. Counted about 40 boats, saw one other caught. My dad landed this nice one, I lost another :bash: I'm starting to see a trend with my pictures only including my dad and not myself :fishin:

Hopefully we get some rain this week to move in some fresh fish.
