I'm failing to see a problem here. Sometimes a man has to put himself in harms way in doing the right thing. Take a look at the thread going right now "Cowgirlup" and read about how a young lady put herself in harms way to help someone else. Sometimes you just gotta do.

She may deserve to know, but it shouldn't be this guy telling her. People have been killed for less.

Saving someone's life (like the cowgirl did) is a lot different than telling the wife of someone you don't know that her husband's cheating. No way he should take on a responsibility when he has no idea of the couple's circumstances or their demeanor. I think he took the right path by bringing it to the husband's attention and leaving it at that. They may be tweekers, they might be psycho (one or both). This is not the responsibility of an outsider.
