Well us ladies can simply use a flashbang holster I rarely need to remove my bra in the restroom
I have to take mine off. I don't think I've ever come close to forgetting to put it back on, though. That would suck.
Hahaha! I know a gunshop employee who has left his piece in the stores public restroom several times. It has even been found by customers.

When I worked for DOC, there was a corrections officer who was taking an inmate to a hospital appointment who left her loaded H&K .40 in a public restroom in the hospital. Fortunately it was found by hospital staff and not some young kid or whoever else wanders through hospital ER's (also fortunately, there were no situations that arose during the hospital trip where she might have needed the firearm to secure the inmate). Point is, if you set it down, there is the possibility of forgetting it.....
My wife worked in an office where one of her coworkers had left his Glock on the back of the his/hers bathroom toilet a few times. The last time I just happened to be there when she told him his weapon was left in the bathroom again. I asked him what rig he carried his Glock in? He replied, "what’s a rig?" I said "you know, a holster?" he says, "oh I do need a holster." I asked him "how are you carrying your Glock?" He says, " I just stick it in my waist band of my pants."He is wearing a pair of slacks, without a belt.After a few seconds of me just staying at him in disbelief,I said, "you are carrying a locked and loaded Glock, gangster?" I turned to my wife and said. "then next time you see his weapon left in the bathroom, call the police to come get it, this guy is to stupid to own a handgun!"After a few minutes I explained how dangerous carrying any weapon that way is, and I did send him some links to handgun classes in the area and recommended a couple holsters that would work. I emphasized that he needed to learn handgun safety, along with the news clip about the guy in Wal-Mart who shot himself when his weapon fell down the inside of his sweatpants while carrying in his waistband.
