I have to take mine off. I don't think I've ever come close to forgetting to put it back on, though. That would suck.

:yeah:

Hahaha! I know a gunshop employee who has left his piece in the stores public restroom several times. It has even been found by customers. :o

When wearing IWB, depending on what I am wearing for pants, sometimes I take my weapon out of the holster and put it in my front pocket until I am done. OWB usually I put my knee under the belt and hold it in place with my knees. Or IWB or OWB I just keep one hand on the weapon, the other on the gun  :chuckle:

If carrying IWB I just kinda flop the holster into my pants as I pull em down so that it ends up between my feet.
The reason there are so many Ruger upgrades is because they're necessary.

When I worked for DOC, there was a corrections officer who was taking an inmate to a hospital appointment who left her loaded H&K .40 in a public restroom in the hospital.  Fortunately it was found by hospital staff and not some young kid or whoever else wanders through hospital ER's (also fortunately, there were no situations that arose during the hospital trip where she might have needed the firearm to secure the inmate).  Point is, if you set it down, there is the possibility of forgetting it.
....

This is a good point. I've never ever come close to forgetting it, but nobody is perfect. Better safe than sorry and gotta know yourself and personal limitations.

Take it off and tuck it into the ass gasket holder then don't forget to put it back on when you leave.

Just unholster and hold it, then reholster before leaving the stall.

Always worn a shoulder holster, never a problem.
After the first shot the rest are just noise.

I fold mine back inside my pants. So there is no way it can fall out and no way to drop it or leave it behind. If it did slide out, it would just fall into my jeans, rather then the floor.

If in a stall I either set it on the tp holder, or tuck it under my armpit. I have issues sometimes when Im carrying IWB and I just go pee in a urinal. Then I have to make sure my untucked shirt stays low enough to keep it concealed, or that the weight of the gun doesnt make my pants fall down too far. Usually if I have the option and Im carrying IWB instead of pocket carry, Ill go to the stall even if just to pee. Thats one of the big reasons that I pocket carry whenever possible. IWB carry makes it a little more of a pain.
Today I went and bought some camo clothes, and had to try stuff on in the fitting room, so I just took my gun off and set it down while I changed. Im positive that I would never forget my gun. Its part of my checklist.. Keys, Cell Phone, Wallet, Gun, Knife, Cigarettes, Lighter, CHECK!
