New Cam Destroyed
« on: September 14, 2012, 09:52:39 PM »
Went to check my new Bushnell 8MP Trophy Cam that I put out in my back field only 3 days ago tonight, And it along with the bear box it was in was completely destroyed. I was fairly sure it was elk bow hunters sneaking in trespassing. Then I got a call to work and when I got back to the house I heard a shot in that direction. 15 minutes later after I got to work I got a call that WDFW was looking for somone who had arrowed an elk on private property near by so I called them to tell them about my camera. And it looks like they got the Trespassing, Camera destroying low lifes. I will go look in the morning to see if I can find the SD card. I am hoping they found the card on the suspects. I'm not sure if the elk has been found yet, I should find out more tommorow. Atleast they got them.

Keep us posted.  Good to hear the lowlifes got caught.  Maybe you'll get reimbursed for your damages!

The world breaks everyone and afterward many are strong in the broken places. But those that will not break it kills. It kills the very good and the very gentle and the very brave impartially. If you are none of these you can be sure it will kill you too but there will be no special hurry.

Still waiting for a call back from WDFW. Spent several hours looking for the camera, & looking for blood only found parts of the case and the club they used to destroy it, the bulk of it is missing. I figured out what the shots were and they were un-related.

The camera probably took there picture and they were trying to destroy the evidence.

Did a real number on that camera.
