Bull of A Lifetime!
« on: September 18, 2012, 04:59:06 PM »
Here is my last day Bull from 2012.  It was on an OTC, DIY Western Washington tag.  42 yard shot through the boiler room.  He should have died a day earlier when I missed a 43 yard shot (guessed him for 55 :bash:).  This bull was the BOSS and was within 10 yards of Derrick in less than a minute of me starting to call, but Derrick couldn't see him due to some trees in his way.  I don't know how Derrick would have been able to shoot anyways as that bull sat there and bugled for the 2 minutes he was there

It was an epic hunt and "dchuber" could have just as easily of pulled the trigger.  I would like to thank Derrick and my Packers (family) for helping cape, quarter and pack.

Awesome Rosie Bull.... simply awesome... Great Job!
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
