Jackfirassasin, hasn't got back to me yet   :'(  I just was curious if I could have a full resolution copy of the image.

I still can't believe it.  I took two bulls this year that add up to over 670" of bone (before this year I never really bothered to measure many of my bulls).  My biggest to date was a 220ish true Roosevelt.  I consider myself very fortunate, blessed, lucky, etc.... To have the health and opportunities that I do.

I have been hearing a lot about records and scores but I am just glad that I was able to push through one of my most challenging seasons I can remember and connect on the last day with a DIY, OTC bull that exceeded my wildest expectations.

Here is my favorite picture though.  I think the seed has been planted.  All the boy will talk about is getting his own bow like daddy so he can shoot big lions and giraffes  :yike:.  I told him let's start with targets, deer and elk and we will go from there. :chuckle:

We got him a bow for his upcoming 3rd birthday and I'm pretty excited.

My son, Hunter, was funny about "his bull".  My buddy who came to look at it wanted to get a picture of his son with it (same age as Hunter) and Hunter had to be in every picture.

I have determined where this bull was taken, I cite my two pieces of key evidence and the conclusions below:

Evidence:

Quote by author JPhelps, "Here is my last day Bull from 2012. It was on an OTC, DIY Western Washington tag.

Margaret is permit only.

Conclusion: Not a Margaret bull.

Evidence:

JckfirAssain's location in his avaitar on the trail cam picture indicates he is from S.W Washington.  Leaving no other possibility as to the location that this bull was photographed and harvested..........

Clearly this bull was taken in.................

NEW MEXICO!!!!!

Thank you...thank you....yes, I do amaze myself at times as well!!!!!    :IBCOOL:

Serious note:  Congratulations on a true trophy!  Well earned!!  Good job!!

That sure is a nice bull. I've gotten a pile of texts from buddies that either know you or know of your bull or where it was shot. (so they think)  I won't throw that out, but if it's where they say.  We seen a dandy in the neighborhood a few years ago...No matter what. Congrats on punching your tag on a bull of that caliber.

Thanks!  That's been the best part (hearing where I killed him)  :chuckle:  It is giving me some good spots to go check out though.
