Beauty, love the dark horns!  Wonder if that's the soot from the fire, from rubbing on the trees?  Would love to hear more about the story...I'm sitting on 13 points down there and am considering whether to apply there or hold out a few more years for unit 9.

I just got back from an antelope hunt in Unit 9 and can only say that the quality of elk there is awesome.  We saw one 375+ bull and a couple in the 350 range out in the open, prairie type antelope country.  Archery season began a few days after I left and we talked to a few guys scouting for bulls.  They didn't seem to get too excited about anything smaller than the 350-360 range!!!  I also have 13 points for elk there and am patiently waiting.
