Sunday, October 14, 2012. Registration begins at 11:00am at Manastash Ridge. Ridge race starts at 12:15 for competitive hikers, and casual hikers start at 12:30pm.

I posted on the Community page that this was opening weekend of deer season ...

Usually there is a lot of pink being worn at these events so at least brightly colored clothing...

Really wonder if it is intentional such an od dichotomy here in the burg

  Years ago the was some kind of marathon going on closer to tamarack springs.  Teams of two people eere searching for markers in the woods.  With gps during mod deer.

i remember this it was so stupid up there the hikers had no clue it was hunting season and there where bow hunters in the wood, definetly made a few shat there shorts scarfing the chit out of them especially when at full draw because you here something coming and you figure no way its a person being that loud  :yike:
