I got my Jeep back on the road and one of the first things I did was put on a Hawse fairlead. I think it looks much better.

Warm for sure! Not even a comparison. Never left me stranded and I have put it to the test plenty. And as far as cable or synthetic. I have cable and no issues with it, but when it finally goes if I can afford synthetic I will.
