Redwing Setter's 400grm size 16 real comfy and last well for my big feet
Ya the rubber boots makes sense, but I do a lot of walking during my hunts, especially during late archery. I have good boots for early season archery but later season boots is what im looking for
I've walked 5 to 10 miles a day many times in my Lacrosse rubber boots, with no problems. This is similar to the boots I have:http://www.cabelas.com/product/LaCrosse-Burly-Air-Grip-800-Gram-Boots/1218257.uts?WTz_l=Unknown%253Bcat104806080
so far its not my Meindl's Bought them thinking they would be comfy...they feel great till about hour 4 of a hike and my feet are so sore. 2 other buddies have the same boots and have the same issues. My Keen hikers in the early were the best I have ever owned

You really need to try them to believe it. Still I wouldn't recommend them for days that you plan on hiking long distances. I normally wear them at times when I won't be going more than a couple of miles. They're perfect for hunting blacktails in the timber. No worries when you ha be to cross a creek or swampy ground.
I have been wearing Schnee's for years used them in SE Alaska, Idaho and all over Washington keep them greased and they will shed water and keep your feet dry. Made in Montana
