Question: Is BlackTail Doe urine efective AFTER the rut in late season?

I'm curious, because I'm wanting to hunt a few spots in the Muzzle loader late season, and was wondering if this would help or not?

Jimbo: "That's right, Stanley. Animals are much easier to shoot in the morning."

Don't waste your time with attractant scents.

Definitely effective. We had a 2x2 blackie chasing a doe right past us grunting extremely loud on December 31st. It will not hurt one bit.

Word.... That's about what I was thinking.
It couldn't hurt, but would probably be a waste.

A lot of people forget that these deer rut 2 or 3 times even. I've personally seen bucks right on does tails into January. While its not something you can forecast or plan for, it does happen. Doe in estrus won't hurt you I don't think, so why not?

If a doe doesn't get bred when she comes into heat the first time, she will come into heat again 28 days later. So sometime in the first 2 weeks of December.

So the doe in heat urine should work just as well as it does the first time around.
