M_ray,

Just wanted to say thanks for making all of these updates.  It is like living through them for a lot of us.  You tell Charlie that he has a whole team of packers lined up should he ever need.

That goes for you too.  You ever need any help, do not hesitate to let me know.
I will PM my number, or Mike (Cohoho) has it as well.

                                                 UPDATE 10:39 am 9-12-08

This is as quick and real as an update can get for you guy's ... I just spoke with Charlie I could tell right away by the sound of his voice something big had happend, he was out of breath and very excited! "DUDE you're not going to believe this one". He returned to where he located the big 6 from last night and didn't hear a bugle all morning! So after being there for a couple hours he decides to give out a little *censored* bugle like a small bull and the big boy erupts on the far ridge! well the wind wasn't quite right so Charlie waits it out and finally about an hour later it changes for him and he goes in ... he slips down the drainage and up to the other side quietly. The bull finally bugled so Charlie knew where he was so he got in closer and decided to let out the *censored* bugle again and the bruiser jumped right on him so Charlie started to rake a tree and the big boy starts to rake one too and in Charlies own words "I knew it was on then!" so he calls again and now the bull breaks free and is on the look out for this *censored* bull well he knows where Charlie was raking but it was so thick he couldn't make him out so he comes up the hill and around some brush and Charlie lets him come up and the bull turns broadside at 40 and ?

Charlie lets him have it, whacks him and missed bone! it sounds like a good shot. Charlie gave him a little over an hour and a half and he was just going in for him when we hung up he couldn't believe he had service where he shot him at but by the time he finds him in the bottom he won't have any service so I told him to call me on his first trip out with the meat to update me. I'll keep you posted on the recovery! Oh and BTW we'll see how good he is at field judging when the pressure is on cause he went over all the measurements in his head again and with Conservative mass measurements he thinks this bull will go 376!

Thats Awesome, congrats Charlie! I think I would have called after I recovered it. If it's 376 I'm giving him crap. He said he was holding out for a 380.

Well I asked him if he wanted me to wait until he found it but he told me to go ahead and give the update.
