Yes I love some Nikon. A couple years ago and also broke one of my eye cups, so I sent them in to Nikon and they fixed the eye cup and cleaned them all up for free. I paid to ship them when I sent them in and Nikon shipped them back without me paying anything. Then the next year I broke the little plastic thing on the side where you hook up your strap. I called to see if they could fix that even if I had to pay. They told me I had to send them in to be looked at, so I did. About 2 weeks I got a box from Nikon in the mail with a brand new in the box pair of the Monarch 5's. Now the pair I sent in were a cheaper pair of Prostaff's. So not only did they send me a new pair a even a better pair then I sent in.
Hmm...eye cup on my ED50 spotting scope is cracked. Sounds like its time to send in for tune up!Thanks,ET
Obviously this is a problem with all of the Monarchs ...

Both of my eye pieces are broken on my Monarch ATB's, They are going in after late archery. It seems to be a very common problem, but I have never heard of someone not getting taken care of by there Customer Service department.
Ive got the same issue with mine. Really need to get it done. Thanks for the reminder.
