im thinking the oil shaft is stuck in it and its pulling up until the clip on the shaft hits...... dont want to pull to hard and lose the clip... ive been wiggling and wigglin and pulling some with no luc... never had this happen

Got it figured out guys! Used 2 screw drivers to get it unstuck. She's timed and runs great. The msd didn't fit though but oh well. Thanks for the help!

It's just a stock 4 barrel intake. Rebuilt 360 with a 4 barrel carter and headers. 4 speed manual.
