ya but from what ive read NY alraeady had a previous ban on magazines, that is where it gets thick. He had them preban or any ban so thought he was good. No prior ban in NY and its not enforceable yet. Another Internet story. Lots and lots of people in NY have owned 30 round mags since 2004.
I thought they had 1 year to sell them out of state.
