Depends on the lens, some of them your can convert but will be manual focus. I converted a 1968 Canon FL 55mm 1.2 so I can use it with my DSLR, it's wicked fast and has incredible bokeh.

How do you convert them?
I milled a adaptor mount to replace the factory mount. I made several and converted 20 lenses I bought on eBay, then sold them. Unless you have a specific high quality lens you want to adapt its really quite labor intensive and wouldn't be worth it for a older kit type lense IMO.

Check out the bokeh on these, remember this is a f/1.2 so don't expect a kit lens to do this.
