Are they selling guns yet  :dunno:

Who cares, at the high way robbery prices I'd go else where.  :sry:

it was more of a curiosity, with them losing there FFL and not being able to  sell guns for such a long time.

Most companies aren't pulling this kind of crap. Brownells isn't, MidwayUSA isn't, DSGArms, Cabelas, etc aren't. Most local places like Outdoor Emporium/Sportco, Fed Way Discount gun aren't either. Then you've got your Surplus Arms and Ammo, J&S Gunparts (I'm told), ImpactGuns, and CheaperThanDirts that are ****ing their customer base. I have a long memory for this kind of stuff. I even took screen caps of places, in case my memory goes. I'm making a naughty and nice list, and it's sad to be putting local places on the naughty list, but they've earned it.

I'm a lot more tolerant of individuals asking crazy prices than suppliers doing it. If some guy asks a price you don't like, you just don't buy it from him. If suppliers start doing it, you have no choice. Granted, it'll take more than a few suppliers doing it, but it's the principle of a business taking advantage of their customers. I wouldn't be saying anything or putting companies on a ban list if they'd increased their price from $20 to $30 or even $40, but when they're charging 4, 5, and 10 times the price of something, that's not covering shortfalls, that's gouging your customer. When I can buy things from their competitors for the regular pre-hysteria prices, what do they think I'm going to do? Private party sales have cooled down below the prices they ask, what's that tell you about their prices?

Remington Golden is probably THE worst ammunition made in .22, and I can go on Gunbroker right now and get 2 - 550 round bulk packs of Federal or  2 bricks of CCI for what they're asking. No thanks.

My brother stopped by last week for me to check on 5.7x28mm ammo. They had some and wanted $74.99/box, the same ammo that I bought at Cabelas right before the Newtown incident for $21.99/box. Surplus has lost my business as well.
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

Yes for one box. They also had Federal 22lr 500 for a few dollars more than the Remingtons.

Maybe I will go sell them my stash for 50% less than they are asking then parlay my newfound riches into a brand new 1 ton 4x4.

Makes you shudder to think what they may be selling other ammo for. 500 rounds of 9mm of unknown manufacture for $330? Good old Wally World still sells the WWB for around $27-28/100. If you're patient and persistent you could get 1,200 rounds of Winchester from Walmart for the same price you could get 500 rounds of unknown manufacture from them.
