Lion Drawing
«

Anyone else waiting for the lion drawing? I highly doubt I'll get one this year since the cut the quota in half and I was lucky enough to draw the past two years. If not I guess I'll be chasing Roberts in OR this winter.

Seems like we have been waiting forever.....I'm not complaining though, seems to only bring me bad luck!
Machias - can't believe you drew the last two years! I can't remember how those hunts turned out for you...is there anything in the archive's?

I treed four both years, three smaller females while the harvest was open and both years I treed a nice tom after the harvest season had ended. I'll have to post a couple photos.
Jacob_April there is a special permit for lions with dogs. Should be coming out soon. It is for five NE counties. This year though they slashed the number of permits in half so it is unlikely a houndsmen will harvest any lions.
