Selkirk Moose
« on: October 07, 2008, 06:58:51 PM »
Here are a few pics of my dad's Selkirk Moose he shot on October 6th.  He's really proud about it as he should be.  Not much of a story other than they hunted since opening day, saw many moose but only this big one.  Seemed that calling them in was very effective.  Shot it with a .338  I think it was like 51 3/4 inches wide.

Very well done!!! Congrats to your dad and his crew.

Seeing all these moose pics are going to cost me a lot of money in raffle chances next year. I have to increase my odds somehow, wdfw won't draw my name for the permit hunt. :'(
