Bowtech insanity CPX

anyone have any negative things to say about the Insanity CPX?  Been looking pretty hard at buying one.

For me, it's the weight.  That's the only thing.

Love mine and it will flat shoot. Onlything thats a draw back for me is the draw lenght I could us 1/2" more

fast sob . I went with the cpxl . the only thing I can say is a bit of noise and a lil lean with the quiver , but i'm still learning it. the cpx is plenty fast even at lbs.

I just shot the CPX and Experience side-by-side.  It'd take the Experience over the CPX in a heartbeat.  The draw cycle and shot of the Experience is awesome.  Unless, 20 ftp more is a must I'd give the Experience a serious look.  I know, I am.

I've spent a good bit of time with both.  At 28.5" draw length it's night and day for me - Experience is my choice!  Smoother at draw and smoother at the shot, much more stable at full draw and throughout the shot.  Plus, with a five arrow quiver attached the riser configuration of the Experience gives an improved line of follow thru without the use of a heavy and bulky stabilizer.  If you use a rangefinder 20 fps means absolutely nothing.  However, if you are a short draw archer the trade off might be worth it.  At 27.5" and shorter you might find the CPX a nice balance between shootability, speed and better arrow choices.

Yup, all true RadSav.  How do I know?  I just bought an Experience!     Now, I need to find a new home for my Spyder Turbo.

These are all nice bows. The Experience is an upgraded Invasion. Similar brace height and speed. They both have a nicer draw than the Insanity. That said the Insanity is no slouch. just not as comfy to shoot.

I liked the ones I have shot......Shot one set at 62lbs and it was still blazing fast!

The draw is not as smooth as my old Bowtech Pro 40 but I'm shooting great out to 80 yards.

That kind of speed jump always comes at some cost.  Though I expect the smoothness at the shot has improved over the Pro 40.
