You lucky dog, are you the guy that hunted the same tag last year?? You picked the season I would have taken, have you killed bulls before? What is your goal on size? Man that tag would be fun to hunt!

If you don't know the area real well there will be some guys on here that would love to help, I saw a dead head from the area that would score around 350 to 360.

Been in there quite a bit this preseason, 340 should be no problem with what I have seen lately. Good luck

So can you have only one other guys with you on this hunt? It sure would be nice to have a team of good elk hunters for calling and then help with the packing?

I think I heard about that bull also heard of another dead head that would  go 370 plus a shed horn hunter found.

I seen a pure slob of a bull in there during spring bear season, posted a pic up in the kapowsin spring bear forum, that thread there's alot of bull pics lol. I'd gold out and not shoot first thing u see, that bull we seen with 2 weeks left in spring bear season he was already a monster 7x7 that at least was gonna go 8x8 if not 9x9 look at the pic of him... Symmetrical and just a tank! Can't wait to hear your post season story!
