Like I posted, I know what the law says and where you are allowed to ride. But it is now a legal road vehicle in the "state of Washington". Nowhere in the process of getting it legalized or on DOL websites does it specify which county or any special requirements. I plan on pushing the limits on this. What if I run into your truck with my dirt bike in an ORV parking lot? Not required to carry insurance on dirt bikes.
Auto type insurance not req'd? Well who the hells gonna cover the damages to my rig when you come whippin round the turn and plow into the front of my rig and kill yourself? Am i gonna have to sue your estate to recover loss? Hope your widow and kids are ok with that.
You do not know what the law says, it is specific on county population and road speed limits both of which limit where you can ride. Not sure how you are missing it. You won't be pushing limits in Kitsap county, you will be breaking the law. Way more than 15,000 people in that county.
