Ill upload the video tonight guys. I seen it in the water and thought it was a king because it was so big. Lifted it up. Boy was I wrong.

Lots of fish in the river.

3 hens and a buck.  I waded through 7 bucks to get those hens.  Then the hawks were on so I took the next buck and went home.

I'll be down behind the sewage treatment plant tomorrow afternoon. I'm going to take my neighbor and maybe his daughter for some fun fishing. I'll be wearing my orange hunting cap. Anyone down there then come on over and have a good laugh

I took a friend who is new to fishing salmon.  He got his limit and so did I.

I need to cure some more eggs now.  I also hooked into a nice silver 12lbs for about 40 sec.  It was fun while it lasted.

Totally agree with you on that.

The new guy has a pole that was thick as a broom handle.  I would tell people who were scamming his spot while he was re-rigging or broke off that he is new and if he tangle you up you have been warned.   100% moved down river.  Especially when they saw him walk up with that stupid looking pole.  People cleared out for him...  At least they can see a train wreck from a mile away.  Best part was he got his limit.

He hooked some one up who wanted to wade in the middle of the river in stead of just staying in line like the rest.  He apologized to the fellow he hook his waders up.  The dude was pissed at first then saw it was my friend and got back in line and moved down river.

It always amazes me that some people have weight scales on their rods  :chuckle: 12lbs coho ...... :chuckle: I'm not saying that you didn't hooked into it ,but how did you weight that fish in 40 seconds is beyond my comprehension  :stirthepot: Friend of mine actually hooked and landed 12lb king on Thursday and I was there ,the guys put it on a scale .Just saying

I have banked enough fish to tell you.  The fish came out of the water three times...  I had a great view of it...

Next time I land one I will call you up and you can drive to the fish for your expert skills in weight and species.

I count quarts as I burn up a quart most every time I go.  And some skeins are much smaller then others.  That is why I go by quarts.
